Refugee Road Improvements

The Licking County Transportation Improvement District (LCTID) ), in cooperation and coordination with the Licking County Engineer’s Office is receiving bids until June 20, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. local time, for construction services for the Refugee Road Improvements (LCTID), PID # 115599.

All bid documents (Invitation for Bid, technical specifications, plans, and future addenda) are available for review and download at https://apps.ctleng.com/ctlbids/bidsignin.jsp. Firms wishing to submit a bid must meet the mandatory requirements stated in the Invitation for Bid, including being prequalified by the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT). All pre-bid questions concerning this project are to be submitted to the project bid website https://apps.ctleng.com/ctlbids/bidsignin.jsp.

The last day to submit pre-bid questions is June 13, 2023, 3:00 PM; phone calls will not be accepted.

Firms wishing to submit a bid for this project will need to sign up for an account on the project bid website. Go to https://apps.ctleng.com/ctlbids/bidsignin.jsp in order to sign up.

All bids submitted shall meet the bond requirements of Section 153.54 of the Ohio Revised Code.

The LCTID reserves the right to accept the lowest and best bid. If, in the opinion of the LCTID, the acceptance of the lowest bid is not in the best interest of all concerned, the LCTID may accept another proposal so opened or reject all proposals and advertise for other bids. The LCTID reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bids received.
