Construction Manager At Risk (CMAR) For 1876 Historic Courthouse Plumbing and Restroom Modernization Project

The Licking County Board of Commissioners is soliciting a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to hire a professional firm/company to serve as a CMAR to work cooperatively with the Owner and Architect/Engineer, and which will provide, among other items, cost estimating, budgeting, value engineering, constructability reviews, construction scheduling, construction phasing, and preconstruction planning for the Plumbing Upgrade/ Modernization Project in the Historic 1876 Licking County Courthouse and other related areas of the Courthouse for the Licking County Commissioners Office. Submissions are due on February 17, 2026, at 1 :00pm.
