OH-16 Corridor Planning Study

The Licking County Area Transportation Study (LCATS), in association with the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) District 5, the City of Newark, the Village of Hanover, and Licking County, and with the approval of the LCATS Policy Committee, is soliciting statements of qualifications for professional planning and engineering services to prepare the SR 16 (East of Newark) Corridor Planning Study.

Sealed qualifications endorsed “RFQ – SR 16 (East of Newark) Corridor Planning Study” will be
received at the Donald D. Hill County Administration Building in the Commissioner’s office (4th floor), 20 S. 2nd Street, Newark, OH 43055 until December 1, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. EST, where they will be opened and read aloud.

The Request for Qualifications may be obtained from the Licking County website at www.lickingcounty.gov, posted under Bids & RFPs. Each firm/individual that obtains a Request for Qualifications package shall complete and return the RFQ Receipt Form in order to receive any necessary correspondence. Firms must be prequalified by the Ohio Department of Transportation in the applicable work categories to be considered.
