Duties: As a member of our Leadership Team, you’ll manage our Early Childhood Component to ensure superior delivery of early childhood services to nearly 600 children and their families. This position directly supervises five Early Childhood Service Coordinators, one Early Childhood Developmental Specialist and one Early Intervention Team Leader.

Direct and oversee the delivery of early childhood supports to children ages birth to 13 in Licking County.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Health, Social or Behavioral Science, Social or Human Services or related field. Three plus years of management, supervisory or leadership experience. The ability to direct and lead a team of diverse, passionate early childhood professionals and ensure strict compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, deadlines and guidelines related to early childhood services in the state of Ohio.

The Organization: Since 1967, the Licking County Board of Developmental Disabilities has been serving the people of Licking County. Today, we employ 85 staff members and work with close to 2000 individuals with developmental disabilities and their families.
