Position Description:

Licking County Job & Family Services is seeking qualified, talented individuals for our Customer Service Unit.  We currently have two (2) positions available in our Customer Service Unit.  Customer Service positions serve as initial points-of-contact for the Agency.  Responsibilities include assisting, interviewing, and screening customers for Agency programs, as well as referring to other community resources, either face-to-face or by phone.  These positions will utilize specialized state computer systems, data imaging, Word, Excel, Access, etc.  All Customer Service positions include a variety of clerical support tasks such as filing and data entry, and perform other duties as assigned.

Licking County Job & Family Services is seeking qualified, talented individuals for our Customer Service Unit.

Job Prerequisites:

A minimum of 2 years working in customer service and working with the public.  Associate Degree in Human Services or other job-related area strongly preferred.

Additional qualifications include regular and punctual attendance in order to perform required duties/tasks in a timely manner; may be exposed to hostile individuals; may be exposed to infectious clients/disease and environment.

Criminal record check and drug screen are required.
