re:SearchOH Court Online Records Search

Welcome to the Licking County Clerk of Courts Online Records Search page. Remote access to court records for the Domestic Relations Division (excluding juvenile matters) and General Division (civil and criminal matters) of the Licking County Court of Common Pleas can be found here, as well as cases filed in the Licking County Court of Appeals (5th Appellate District). Please carefully read the following terms and conditions of use and click “Yes, I agree” at the bottom of this page to proceed to the online records search page.

The data replicated herein consists of case dockets, filings, journal entries, and other documents generated by the Court or Clerk that are available for remote access online in accordance with the Ohio Rules of Superintendence for the Courts of Ohio, the Ohio Revised Code, and other applicable laws and rules. Some information contained within data offered remotely may not be available for public access, including but certainly not limited to, the following: Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, the names of juveniles in abuse, dependency, and neglect matters, and victim names and contact information. This information will be redacted prior to replicating the documents online, or not offered remotely. Legal authority may also exempt some case documents in their entirety from public disclosure. Examples of such documents include drug and alcohol assessments, financial disclosure statements, guardian ad litem reports, criminal fingerprint cards, and victims’ rights request forms. Federal law codified at 18 U.S.C. Section 2265(d)(3) prohibits us from publishing on the internet any information that may tend to reveal the identity or location of a petitioner or protected person in connection with a domestic violence protection order, dating violence protection order, or other civil protection order (including civil stalking or sexually oriented offense protection orders) filed in any of our jurisdictions, even if some or all of that information may be available for public access in our physical offices. In compliance with this statute, the following case types are not included in our remote access: domestic violence protection orders, criminal protection orders, and civil protection orders. Finally, please note that miscellaneous court journals are not required to be made available for remote access and are not available online; see Sup.R. 45(C).

We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of the data replicated to this search page but do not guarantee this. Updates to case dockets and filings occur during our normal business hours and are ordinarily reflected online at 15 minute intervals.
