          ABOUT

          Licking County Planning and Development serves as the home for the Licking County Planning Commission (LCPC) and the Licking County Area Transportation Study (LCATS). The department also includes Community Development, which is responsible for the administration of housing and infrastructure grants, as well as Planning and the administration of the county's subdivision regulations, access management, and floodplain regulations.
