The driver will pull up in front of your home or in your driveway if it is safe to do so as close to your door as possible. The driver will sound the horn to let you know they are there. If you believe that you may need additional assistance, please let the scheduler know this when you schedule your trip and your driver will be happy to assist you from your door to the vehicle.
If you are confined to a wheelchair, our drivers will assist you to the vehicle. Passengers using wheelchairs may be assisted up one step. If you do not have a wheelchair ramp or other devise, please give us a call so that we may see about making other arrangements for you.
The LCT wants to assure every passenger that makes a reservation can receive that trip in a timely manner. If you schedule a trip and don’t take it, you are taking away the ability of someone else to use our services. Remember to be considerate of other passengers. Call to cancel any trips that you will not be taking.
Yes. The safety of each passenger is important to the LCT. Each seat on every bus has a seat belt.
You can request that the driver deploy the wheelchair lift. Each lift has support handles that you can use.
