Turn On/Off Water Service

In case it becomes necessary to turn off the water on the account in violation of any Rule or Regulation of Licking County Water/Wastewater Department, or at the request of the owner/tenant, the current service charge will be incurred for turning the water back on.

A 48-hour notice is required to turn service on. Request for service turn on shall only be granted during normal business hours Monday - Friday. Exception to this rule occurs when an emergency is determined that may cause damage to property served or a determent to the public system may occur.
