NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS: Licking County Electric and Natural Gas Aggregation Plan of Operation

Notice is hereby given that pursuant O.R.C. Section 4928.20 (C) the Cities/Villages of Pataskala, Utica, Hebron, Buckeye Lake, Hartford, Kirkersville will hold two separate public hearings on the Licking County Electric and Natural Gas Aggregation Plan of Operation and Governance on January 25, 2024 at 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. at the Licking County Commissioners Board Room located on the 4th floor of the Donald D. Hill County Administration Building – 20 South 2nd Street, Newark, OH 43055.
